  • Under “Algorithm transparency” the app no longer offers a made-up example file as your recommendation of the day – it contained invented values. Instead it says plainly that export isn't…
  • On an iPhone set to English, the first sentence of the "Why?" explanation and all warnings about today's recommendation now appear in English instead of German.
  • Your long-race endurance estimate now only uses long, steady, easy rides in cool conditions — hard, uneven or hot rides no longer distort it.
  • The travel hint ("Was that a trip?") now only appears once the app has at least 14 days of real measurements from you – no premature travel guesses in the first days.
  • Der Reise-Hinweis kommt jetzt früher: Er stützt sich auf deinen Schlaf und deine Bereitschaft und meldet sich ab 5 Tagen mit echten Messwerten, statt zwei Wochen auf deine HRV-Grundlinie…
